Gosling has yellow poo

My gosling had eaten a bit of Angel trumpet yesterday. I gave her a toxin flush. She ate alot, pooped like a machine and was generally fine. Yesterday night she suddenly looked like she was going to vomit. She did this two times more but both were maybe a second long each. Today she had yellow poop and she usually has very firm black or green poo. What should I do?

IDK what to tell you. In humans Angel Trumpet is toxic to the liver. MB if you could get the chicken to drink a lot of electrolyte water to flush it out. Good luck.
