Gosling Help

My 4 goslings are doing well, today however when putting them in their outside pen I noticed bloody mucus poop, this is the first time I've seen this, what is this or is it normal? I just started putting them out all day on grass but bring them in at night. Any advice would be appreciated.

Has your gosling been eating anything red like tomatoes or watermelon?
