gosling- itchy eye & feather loss

One of my 2 African goslings has lost feathers around one eye and it looks like that eye is some what itchy. She's just as active and alert as the other gosling, but she's growing slower. They're both 1 week old now, and she's about 1/4 smaller than the other one.

Any ideas?
