Gosling with eyes shut and yellow discharge

I have tree toulouse gosling they were born about a day an half ago and they all seem to have eye problems one of them has the eye shut and when i tried to open them i saw a yellow dischrage come out. Whatcan i do to help them ? They dont seem lethargic and i dont see any other symptom.

Can you get your hands on them? if so you might want to get some Veterycin spray it can be sprayed into the eyes and it very safe to use. also some warm salty water using a cotton ball and gently wiping the eyes or store bought saline eye wash. I really like Veterycin though. I'd also start adding some poultry vitamins to their water to give them an extra boost.
