Goslings eye is sticky closed, puffy and oozing! Help please!

Ok, came home this evening to find my 3 1/2 week old goslings eye closed shut from some sticky ooze that's coming from her eye. She tries to scratch her eye with her feet, seems to be drinking and eating ok but she hasn't left my side since I've been home. I found some ortho eye ointment I had and tried rubbing on her eye hoping some would get inside but it was difficult, she kicked and screamed the entire time. What else can I do? No vet, is there some place, like a feed store , where I can purchase poultry antibiotics? How can I stop her from scratching her eye with her feet and how do I get ointment in her eye? Can I put neosporine on her eye to keep it from sticking?
