Ok can someone help me, I have a one month old gosling and I guessing a snapper turtle bite its let off, if is still alive and seems to be getting around in the water not so much on the land, Any suggestions?

Has it healed? If it survives, and you don't mind your one legged pet it has other modes of getting around and should adapt. I wouldn't clip it's wings. If you have snapper turtles in your pond, they will get your ducks. You need to watch if you have dog that likes to swims.

Would a goose be able to get around on only one leg? I guess anything is possible but I don't think it could.

It would learn to get around, as I've seen one legged chickens and ducks...
If it were me I would take the gosling to the vets. That is just me though. Infection can set and then the gosling will suffer.
