When should I stop turning my goose eggs and what should humidity be when hatching??

Okay, I'm clueless...is that the same as a hygrometer? Never heard of a salt tested humidity gauge before....

And, I got a mated pair of goslings last year...She (Delilah) just started laying 2 weeks ago, so definitely will be looking to hatch some if she doesn't go broody on her own.

What would be reasonable time to wait for her to think about it? Another month?

I tend to set eggs dip side up and keep lid closed after first internal pip, usually at the start of day 29.
