Sexing Muscovies is simple. Males hiss while females make a peeping/warbling sound. I simply pick mine up and they let out a sound. That is the most effective method IMO. It is not always easy to tell by "look". If I were to venture to guess, I would say hen but without hearing it I could not be certain. Clicking on that pic will not work if not a registered member.

Thanks for guessing - ok i didnt realise that about muscovies as i have never had this breed before and this will be my first time.... was hoping for a girl but doesnt really matter. I will see when i collect her next week... hopefully girl!
