Got a new tom today, can he be penned with my Hen and her babies?

Hi, I got a new Mature Royal Palm male today to replace the one that was killed, I have 7 Chicks and the hen in a pen, they are about 2 weeks old and the babies of the tom that was killed. Can I introduce the new male or will he try and kill them?

You need to quarantine him for at least 30 days. Never put any new birds with your existing flock. You don't know what diseases that bird (if any) has.

Yup, I do I should have bee more clear after he passes his health test can I mix them, they would be about five to six weeks old then.
