Did you just get friends together and pick it up ? I have a medium coop that I am desperatly trying to move and can't figure out how ... So any tips on how you moved yours will be greatly appreciated...

There were 5 of us and 2 small furniture carts.

We laid it on it's back and carried it with 8ft long 2 x 4's until we got to our low spot. Put in on the carts and pushed and pulled then carried it the remainder of the way.
