Got My First Egg Today!!!

Finally after 22 weeks and 3 days we got our first egg...it's kinda small but I can't ask much from a first egg... I think it came from one of my Barred Rocks... now I have a few questions...

-Should I eat the first few eggs??? or just toss them out as experiments???

-Should we refriderate them right away???

-How long can I let them sit outside before bringing them in???

any helpful tips or links to other threads with more answers is appreciated...
