Got my very first egg!!!

I am totally a newb to chicken owning but this morning my BO (shockingly not my my RIR) gave me a beauty!

DH ate it this evening and made a ham and egg sandwich on an english muffin.

He hasn't had a fresh egg since he was a kid and LOVED it.

Let's hope this means I'll get eggs on a regular basis now!! Ruby looks like she's having a mini-molt so I may not get anything from her for a while.
