Got new chickens

We got 12 3wk old mix breed chicks & a 8wk old mix breed roo today. Suppose to get
1 Black Copper Marans Roo, 2 Buff Orpington hens, 1 Easter egger hen,1 Partridge Orpington hen, & 3 Partridge Cochin hens tomorrow. Then sometime this week suppose to get a trio of Banties, and a few other misc. chickens.
We do, and will have the birds seperated in different pens by location they came from.
Can I later group them by size,age,or breed even tho we got them from different places?

Yes you can. Besides the occasional peck to establish the pecking order you should be fine

Thanks. I thought so. We usually get chickens from my in laws, but the last few years they all have been killed by predators. But they got out of raising poultry. So we are getting them else where.
