got Tetra Tints & bantam & ?

Got my chicks a couple weeks ago at TSC... Got a bunch of comets. Bought 2 Tetra Tints to see what they were. Also got 4 bantams.

The littlest chick in the pic is the bantam...the other 2 are supposed to be the Tetra Tints. The biggest in the pic is a lot bigger and is the size of the comets that I got...but this one little chick in the middle is not so little but not so big. Is she a different breed? Or just a late bloomer?

she could just be a different age or it could be the bigger one is a roo and is growing a little faster
