GQF Bator Question

I found a guy on Craigslist that has a GQF sportsman for sale. He claims it is the more expensive one (1502). It is white, and he said he got it last year. My questions is did they make one that was white that did not have the digital humidity/temp display. I am thinking that it has to be the new 1502 if it was bought last year. I may be making a trip.
