GQF Sportsman Temperature Regulation

Hello All,

I have an older GQF Sportsman. The temp at the front on all three trays is 100.0 F, but at the middle my temp is 97.8 F. I have one vent open at the top and one at the bottom, the incubator has a total of three vents top and bottom that are adjustable. What do I need to do to bring the temp up toward the back of the racks?
