GQF Turner failure

What is most common failure for turners ,,, plugged in ,, pilot light working
and it won't turn on the manuel or on switch position .
took back off and there are no binding points all linkage has a little shake in it
and the trouble shooting section in the manuel offers no halp beyond these problems .

Don't know that turners have lights. Just plug it in and it turns slowly or at least mine does. I've only seen one type of turner. Do you have pics? Model number might help too.

model # is GQF 1266 2 tray cabinet incubator part # for the whole assembly is #3021 which has a timer motor , turner motor 2 or 3 microswitches , timer cam , it is built into the top of the unit behind the fan motor .
