hi. i'm just joining here. i have 15 hens and 1 baby. mr. ducky, kramer, sophie, wendy, lady, jcj, mizzy frizzy, jamal, karen, linda, olivia, kochina, blue, big red, and henrietta. no name for the baby yet. these are all hens, despite the names. sometimes the grandkids name them and sometimes they just remind us of somthing. like kramer looks like kramer from seinfeld. mr duckie looks like a duck a boyfriend had at the time. etc etc.
so.....mr duckie just had her baby. her eggs were at all different stages. i moved her so her baby wouldn't fall out of the nesting boxes and she quit laying on the other eggs. jamal is laying on eggs that are at all different stages and karen is also broody with eggs from all different stages.
i live in northern wisconsin, i have 3 kids (one in heaven), one turned 25 today, one will be 36 in october. i have 3 grandkids ages 13, 12, and 16.
i don't know what else to say.
so anyway, hello everyone.
oh yeah, and i have a dog and a cat
