Grandson & Speckled Sussex

Our grandson seeing his first baby chicks ever. He was so excited. He's just 10 months when the pictures was taken the chicks are about 2 days old. We hatched out 17 eggs from our speckled sussex with a neighbors Speckled Sussex Rooster we needed new bloodlines. The chicks hatched out April 4, 2011. I will try to update the pictures as they have really grown. We have 13 hens and 4 roosters. We are pretty positive on those facts, could be wrong but we have been raising them for many years now and usually we get it right. We sent this picture out to our family for Easter pics.
