I heard that people aren't supposed to feed their chickens grapes that it is dangerous for them

Really I asked BYC and everyone said it was fine at least mine was she LOVED her grapes

I've read that they can have a little but not a lot.
I admit I sometimes buy a small cluster of them at the store.
I cut a few into small bits and occasionally let them have some but not a large quantity.
They go insane for them.
Mine are particularly fond of watermelon though, which I do give in the heat of the summer, much to their appreciation.

I feed mine grapes from time to time. They really enjoy them and does not seem to have any detrimental impact.

Grapes are good. The really large ones I usually cut up in pieces though, it's easier for them to eat. And in moderate amounts, not too many because it's a treat for them.

I don't know about grapes, however friends of ours used to feed their flock seeds and raisins
