Greasy chick?

I have a quick question - are some chicks just dirtier than others? I have some 4 week old chicks and they all act fine and healthy but one has some major greasy looking feathers. I don't see anything he could have gotten into. The others look dry and pretty clean (well, as clean as chicks get LOL) Any ideas?

I would feel the feathers and see if they are really greasy or just shiny. Shiny is good. I have never seen a greasy chick.
