My sister recently gave me a copy of this book.
Stocking Up
by the Editors of Organic Gardening and Farming

this book is about "How to preserve the foods you grow, Naturally."

My book copy is from November 1976....it says it the 15th printing.
I have really enjoyed reading this book, it's very informative
and I thought others might enjoy it as well. Your local library might even have it.

My mother has a very old copy I remember seeing it on her bookshelves....my sister called awhile back and said she ran across a copy at a yardsale. What she didn't tell me was that within 2 days she came across 2!

I'm glad she thought of me.
