Green iridescence on black

At what age do black chickens (cochins in particular) get a green sheen if they are going to get it?

I have a couple of black hens, one with a shiny green sheen, and one that is a warm black with no sheen. Between these black hens and a blue one I have 3 eight week old black pullets. So far the youngsters are solid black with no green.

mine started to get the sheen at about 9 weeks old, as they got older they got more and more of that sheen. By 15 weeks they where beautiful.
