Green legs!!!???

What is this. I’m posting for a gf. She said she remembers another with green legs which didn’t make it. She’s doubtful this one will pull through as well. The chicken was said to have been freaking out and panting the owner believed the hen was going to panic attack to the point of passing of out.

Not certain what is going on there, but 'green' in poultry usually indicates bruising.

Has something like ointment been applied to the foot/leg or has it been wrapped?

I see what looks like green bruising, a wound/scab and perhaps a break/fracture.
Could the bird have been stepped on by other livestock like a Goat/Horse or even a door accidentally shut on the leg/foot?

You mention you don't think this one will make it. What's the other symptoms?

No other live stock injury. Other than limping and occasional panting episodes no symptoms. I was consented it me be a snake bite to be honest.

Could be a bite, hard to know. I'd feel of the leg where I have the red circle. Could be the angle of the photo, but to me it looks broken/dislocated.
