Green Legs????

Not that they are unusual but...... Roo is a Mc Murry BO. Hen is a TSC White Leghorn. I have two chicks out of 6 that hatched with green legs.

Where did this come from

This is a shot from the front. Tryed to get a side view but it wouldn't hold still.

One of the parents is not pure for leg color.
When breeding a White legged breed to a Yellow Legged breed you will get chickens with White legs if both parents are pure for leg color.
Now if one of the parents is not pure for leg color you can get White, Yellow, Green and even Blue colored legs.

Thanks so much for the insight. I'm not up on all the genetics and I'm new to this chicken addiction. I still have alot to learn.
