Show me your Green Queen Bantam as a week old chick and then full grown
Just picked up 5 chicks from Meyer hatchery they hatched on Monday Sept 8th
4 mottled Cochin bantams (2 frizzled) and one Green Queen
Supposed to be all female
Just curious as to how the green queen will turn

I've always been interested in Green Queens, so keep the thread updated as she grows! She looks to possibly have a bit of black Silkie in her with the dark beak and eyes.

I kinda thought the same with having the silkie mixed in.. I’ll definitely post updates
Thanks for the reply

Here's my Beetle (also from Meyer - just over a year old):. She's a consistent layer of small-med very lightly tinted greenish/blue eggs.

As a chick (less than 1 week):

Edit: My girl has a few feathers on her legs and a 5th toe on one foot...She's good natured and has been one of the healthiest that I received from Meyer.
