Green specs?

I have a chicken who’s been acting weird the last few days and staying inside the coop. She now has her neck pressed into her body and I have her in the bathroom tub. She is drinking water. Her droppings look like egg yolk and now there is this green specs showing up. She’s my only chicken acting weird.
17 weeks old.
