greenish tinge in their black wings feathers? Rooster?

I'm wondering if only Roosters have that greenish tinge in their wing black feathers?
The color generally is brown with few feathers black on wing. Just wondering is it only rosters trait because if it is it would help me sexing my 8 weeks old CHICK'S..I know black hen can have greenish tinge, but don't know about brown/red one's.

How old is it? That coloring does look male.
Can you get a picture of it's comb?

Definitely a male. That feathering screams rooster.
