Hi BYC community! I am relatively new to owning chickens and purchased my first batch this past May. I have 11 birds: 6 are chickens and 5 are guinea keets. We have 3 Polish, 2 Buff Orphingtons, and 1 wild chicken that we inherited when our neighbor moved. She sleeps outside in the tree by the barn but spends her days free ranging with the others.
I also have horses, a koi pond, 2 dogs, and 2 cats as well on our little farm here in SC, and enjoy playing soccer with both of my mares (they love balls). I am a currently a grad student and enjoy spending time with my horses & chickens.
