greetings A/all from a transplanted hillbilly deep in the heart of Texas, ..after a long hiatus from the chicken life, ( my dad always had chickens) Im back in the life and loving it, . just got a few right now, well maybe 12 ,, but have 31 coming soon, ....plan on selling a few of em and keeping about a 15 hen flock, . have 2 ameraucana, 2 bared rocks, 3 RIR, 3 speckele sussex, a silkie, a mille fleur, and several on the way from hatchery, ...5 australorps, 5 salmon favorelles, 7 goldlaced wyandottes, 7 welsumers, ...and a rooster of each, ...lol... and I cant wait....hope to puick all ur brains.. chicken out...

from Trinity! Hope you checked your local ordinances, as it seems you're in the suburbs! Love your little coop!
 
thanks, .. it was actuially a lot more work than i thought it was going to be...lol... but then again, how many coops have a leaed glass front door ?...lol...not completely finished yet, .. need to add the trim cedar pieces, .. what you cant see it that it is mobile....by lifting one end, slipping 2- 16 inch bicycle tires into place, and lifting other end with a dolly i can drive it anywhere, .....lol...when i built it , i intentionally kept weight down as much as possible so i could move it easier, ...I will add more pics when i finish it and show it in "moving" stage......and yes, i checked all the city ordinances before i started , thanks...
