Hi, everyone!
What a fun forum! I'm getting back 'into' chickens. My family had a small flock when I was growing up- I have a Polaroid of myself at about 7 yrs old, showing our roo at the county fair! Now that I learned we could have chickens in our area, I asked my husband for a chicken coop for Christmas, and for chicks in the spring! I haven't made up my mind yet about breeds, but wish I could have one of each! I think the Barnevelders and Welsummers are just lovely.
