Hi! My name is Jen, and we've had backyard chickens for three years now. Started with four and now we have three, two Rhode Islands and a buff orpington. They're a ton of fun and keep us busy. We have a dog and a cat, and our youngest lives at home still. My husband works in IT, and I'm a teacher. My oldest is just starting out as a teacher (I'm elementary, he's high school) and our daughter is a paramedic.
We keep ourselves busy with the animals, kids and our local park systems. I look forward to learning from the wisdom of others here!
