Not new to chickens, but I am new to this forum.
Love all the information and the stories on here and I am looking forward to jumping back into the world of chickens. I'm looking at getting back into chickens after a 20+ year absense. My boyfriend's Mom has said that I can keep chickens at her place in Pearland. At this point, I think I need to get the coop together and I'm looking at chicks for both eating and laying. The layers will probably be a mix of brown and EE chickens. And I'm not sure what I am going to do for the meat birds.
