Greetings from Ohio

I just found out that my city in Ohio a suburb of Cleveland does not allow urban chickens..How do I go about changing the ordinance which was created in 1970...Cleveland allows beekeeping and chickens and we are less than a mile from Cleveland city limits...how do I get the ordinance changed??
