I am a married domestic goddess and mom of two boys (9 and 11.) Had 3 sweet Australorps about 5 years ago, and (hopefully) will be starting a small flock that will consist of 2 Jersey Giants, 2 Marans, one Brahma, one Sussex in a few weeks. So far only the Brahma is available locally, so am looking for a reputable breeder (s) for the JG's (black, splash or blue) Marans (Cuckoo, black copper or splash) and Sussex (speckled). I do not want to order from a hatchery, so if anyone knows of a breeder in Idaho, Utah, Montana or Wyoming I would appreciate contact information!
Besides being an avid gardener, I volunteer/foster dogs for our local animal shelter. I have a special interest in American Bulldogs and senior dogs. I love geocaching, traveling, knitting/crochet, always have my nose in a book or behind the lens of a camera...
