I am completely new to chickens and have learned quite a bit reading here over the past few months. I now have five...three Araucana, one Andalusian and one that is unknown(hopefully members will identify it in one of my upcoming posts) that are about three months old and doing well.

I look forward to learning much more and sharing my experience with anyone interested.... I already run a webcam on some days(when I feel like moving a pc out by the coop) and broadcast it on ustream for out of town friends and relatives to enjoy.

Welcome to BYC! I tried out the cam but it was not on (I'll try it again later). Just post that picture of the unknown bird (full body profile showing legs and tails) and hopefully we can identify the breed for you. Also, unless you're absolutely sure have Araucanas (true Araucanas have no tails and lay only blue eggs, not other colors), you might want to post their pics as well. Hatcheries often sell Easter Eggers under the incorrect labels, Araucana or Ameraucana (frequently misspelled Americana or Americauna). Good luck with your flock.
 
the cam should be on from noonish California time until late afternoon if you would like to look. I'm trying to figure out the best placement for the camera so on different days you may see different angles.

the little one is the unknown breed, its quite a bit smaller than the others and they're all the same age(about 2 1/2- 3 months)
