Hey, Welcome from Norco!!! if that houdan is mottled and ends up a roo... could you please keep me in mind for a home for him? I would like to make some mottled silkies and A mottled houdan roo might just do the trick. My girls are not old enough to lay yet, just still in the planning phase here.

Sure! If it is a 'roo I will definitely remember your post. It's a great lil chick and I'd love it to have a good home. Norco is an easy drive, too.

Gosh, I hope it's lil girl, though....it makes me smile just to look at it. But, if it starts crowing, I'll be in touch.
