What a wonderful world we live in,
My name is Jerret. I live in Louisiana. About four years ago I got the sustainability and homesteading "bug". This of course lead me quickly into animal husbandry and of course chicken keeping. Our Homestead is on roughly an acre and a half. Half of our property if fenced for the animals. Goats, chickens, guinea and newly acquired geese. We have a mix of breeds including Easter Eggers, an Olive Egger, White Leghorn, Norwegian flower hen, couple of speckled Sussex, black copper marran and slikies. I am happy to be part of this community. And I look forward to sharing my journey with you all. Happy chickens, makes for a happy life.
