I introduced myself about a month ago, and boy, have we been busy! We built a barn on the back of the chicken coop-backwards, huh? LOL and that has kept us busy. But the oxen need a home for the winter!
Anyway, after much looking around, a lovely older gentleman from the next town gave me a pair of chickens!
A rooster-Rusty
and a young hen-Bernice!
They are awesome, and I have enjoyed them so much already! They have been with us almost 2 weeks, and he has already been crowing every a.m. at 7!!
