Hello every one, I am very excited to be here! My name is Abdalnassir Ghzawi I am from Jordan and here is my answers to the following questions:
Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
No, I have been in the industry for about 5 years and I have a degree in Animal Science.
How many chickens do you have right now?
I used to work for a poultry company where I am responsible for 200, 000 broiler chicks, Now a days I work as a consultant for veterinary company and provide consultancy for farmers and sometimes backyard chicken owners. Personally I have about 10 at home for show purposes.
What breeds do you have?
Barahma.
What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Working with both backyard chickens as well as commercial chicken breeds I can tell you for sure that the most fun I had is with backyard chicks.
What are some of your other hobbies?
Programming and Graphic Design.
Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Hmm, I think I can be helpfull for some people or at least I hope that I can help people and make difference in their lives.
Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Found it bu googling "Poultry forums", and I am joining to learn from and try to be helpful as well.
