New member but I've enjoyed reading various topics and gathering info for a while now. Moved from the " city" almost a year ago. We have 10 hens ( 1 Delaware, 1 Dominique, 3 Ameraucana mix, 1 Wellsummer mix, 2 silver and 2 gold laced Wyandotte) Some are new and some were retired from previous owners. We enjoy watching them and my daughter loves feeding and getting the eggs. We are about to try and incubate a dozen of fertile eggs.

If you would like to share Pictures and Stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out

Including your general location on your profile will assist others. Location, climate, season etc can be important factors when members are responding to any questions you may have and vice versa.
