Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Vanessa and I'm from the Minerva OH area. I've had my little flock for a month now. I love them so much!!!
I am a first timer at raising chickens and will probly be asking lots of questions.
There are 7 buffs and 5 silkies, the silkies are all white except for one little black one. (the smallest) Doesn't seem to get picked on too much. They all are doing good. Several of the buffs are very friendly. (one jumped on my shoulder this morning)
They were all purchased straight run so I'm not sure what I've got yet. And they are about 4 weeks old now. Once I figure out how to post pics I will.
