At what age do I change giving my chickens chick grit to poultry grit.

I would mix in the poultry grit with chick grit at 5 weeks. That way they can choose. Every couple of days I would shake the pail to keep it mixed. I drilled 4 tiny holes in the bottom to drain moisture, smaller than chick grit. GC
