Gross eye. 1 month old lavender

hey guys so for about 2 days or so 2 of my lavenders have had this. Eating, drinking, pooping all normal. When I touched it some watery clearish whitish ooze came out but no smell, no bugs, no trouble breathing. Is there anything I can/should do? Its been a hell of a week for poultry questions lol

I would treat them withTerramycin ophthalmic ointment. It does an amazing job of clearing up eye problems in chickens
