Hatching

Sorry for the misleading thread but what I’m really trying to hatch are grouse eggs.
A friend of mine disrupted a grouse nest by accident and the mother didnt come back, so since I have an incubator he told me I should hatch them (not my decision really, if I didn’t he’d find someone else to hatch them even if I told him to put them back and I tried)
How do I hatch them?
The internet says turn them with the pointed side down, what exactly does this mean?

This is the only picture I have of my egg racks, but this will give you an idea. The pointed side is down, and the egg racks turn them slowly every three hours. This ensures that they don't get stuck to the side of the egg and get nutrition from the yolk.
