Growing plants for duck feed

Hey all,
I was thinking of growing some plants on the pasture as it is pretty bland and it will give ducks something to nibble on, Im thinking of some grasses or chia plants.
Any suggestions welcomed

I bought poultry feeding seed for mine which will have to be in grown containers to keep the chickens out of it but it was on Amazon. It’s called Premium Chicks Mix forage seed mixture it has perennial rye grass rape seed brown flax white clover red clover. I hope they like it.

I plant a bushel of winter rye each fall, that way the ducks/mainly geese have grass to forage on even in the winter. It's only good in the cool weather, once warm weather hits it turn to seed.

Just sow alfalfa into your pasture shortly before a shower.
