Growth on chicks bum!

Help what's this on my chicks bottom? What shall we do!?
Had to gently assist the hatching as he was inside for over 28 hours with no progress other than one small hole.

Leave it in the incubator and let it dry out. Most of the time the chick will absorb that.

That is his insides that he is still trying to take in. Do not let other chicks peck at it.
