GRRRR!!! I cant get my picture to upload....

NO..... MATTER.... HOW.... SMALL.... I make my photo IT WILL NOT UPLOAD!!!!!!!

I've changed the size like 10 different times and used other sites to resize it and it will not upload!!!!!
What else can I use to resize it?

Check the file type and the size on disc of the file. I use photoshop for picture editing.

I just looked at what you said and tried to edit again, but when I get it down to 15KB its literally so tiny it looks like a black dot.
