First, just for a little bit of info, most (or all) are Easter Eggers, and only 1 (hopefully) is a roo. Meyer Hatchery had thrown in a free "Meal Maker" pullet with my order (egg layer), and I'm not sure what breed that one would be (if not the same), and I'm not sure which one it is lol. I lost one chick the night they were delivered, so in theory I should have 6 pullets and 1 cockriel (hopefully) pictured, so long as the sexing was right and I didn't loose my roo.

I plan on updating this kinda weekly until it's more obvious which is which. They are at least unique enough that I can tell them apart, so I will keep their #s the same as they grow.

Currently they are 5 days old.

CHICK 1 (Guess: Pullet)

This is not a great picture of the wings (because this one is very fluffy), but it does have the double wing feathers, and they are long towards the butt. This one is already starting to get a little butt feather. Personality wise, this one seems the most "roo" (it will run at my hand to peck my ring as soon as I put my hand in the brooder).

CHICK 2 (Guess: Pullet)

This one does have the double feathers (better shown than the first), and also getting a little tiny butt feather. This one personality wise seems like a pullet as well, it's very shy and sweet. It's generally one of the middle ones to come out and eat and drink when I start tapping food bowls. Though this one is also very interested in my diamond ring and likes to peck at it lol.

This one may be a different breed if I had to guess, it's 1 of 2 that I consider. The reason I guess that is because it's just got a different head shape than the others.

CHICK 3 (Guess: Cockriel)

This little guy is the only one in the group that has an obviou single row of feathers, and they are shorter than the others. Pesronality wise this one is very very shy for a "rooster" but that could just be because they are so young. This little guy is very sweet though once he's caught.

CHICK 4 (Guess: Pullet)

This little one has a very clear double feather on the wing, and is very sweet. So both personality and body so far, I'm assuming this one is a pullet. This is the 2nd one that I consider could be the Meal Maker and might be a different breed, but it's only because it's the only fully yellow chick.

CHICK 5 (Guess: Pullet)

Again this one has a pretty clear 2nd set of wing feathers, and is also getting a small little tail feather. This one is also very sweet, and kinda shy.

Chick 6 (Guess: Pullet)

This one is hard to say, because this one really only has 1 set of feathers on the wings OTHER THAN just 1 long feather than stretchs out at the bottom. So I'm not sure, but I am guessing Pullet just because I already guessed one to be the roo. LOL.

CHICK 7 (Guess: Pullet)

This little baby has the 2 sets of wings, and a tiny little tail feather starting to come out, so again, i'm pretty sure this is a pullet. Though, similar to the other one above with 1 really big feather at the edge, the tiny tail feather makes me think pullet.

It's too early to tell gender as none of those things indicate gender, just personality
IDK my grandpa always said he had good luck with wing sexing as he called it (single or double row of feathers meaing male/female) within 3-7 days. I also found it interesting that for the most part they match the #s Meyer Hatery got with their sexing. I know it's def not full proof, but that is why it's supposed to be for fun.

The personality bits were just added for fun, because I kept teasing from the beginning that one of them was "probably the roo" just because of the behavior. With the wings, it would be a pullet though.
