Most people let it rest in the fridge for 2-3 days. Otherwise the meat is tough/chewy.

I hope not... Their dad roo wasn't very nice lol. I'm hopeful that since their tails are different that maybe I'll luck out with a 50/50 split!

Thoughts on gender? Few days shy of 10 weeks. No crowing or chest bumping yet. Had to take screenshots of video bc they don't like photo shoots! Lol. Last time people were thinking all boys... I'm thinking 50/50. Guesses?

I would love that! They just don't have the same temperament as when I had roos. But the earlier posts were thinking all boys so I'm cautious!
